GuitarTricks and JamPlay are the biggest online learning sites, and differentiating between them can be difficult. We prepared this comparison, so you know the differences and see what you will get.
Which guitar lesson site should you choose?
First of all, make sure you read our reviews above, you’ll find the answer to pretty much all of your questions there. If you don’t get in touch, and we’ll help clarify things.
After reviewing so many guitar teaching sites, we do have recommendations though. If you are a newbie looking for beginner guitar lessons to get you playing as fast as possible, we recommend TheGuitarLesson.com. Tom Fontana has a great teaching style, and his animated tabs are huge help for beginner guitarists. We also highly recommend GuitarTricks.coms to beginners. It will take a bit longer to start playing, since they cover more topics, but it’s worth it.
If you are at a higher intermediate or advanced level, our recommendation is JamPlay. They have lots of lessons for the advanced musician, and what’s more, some of their teachers are famous musicians, who can give you tips and tricks on more advanced stuff.
The above are online lessons, but if you prefer learning guitar offline, our no. 1 recommendation is the eMedia software.
